Support
LIENZ is an adults-only, consent-based social matching service. For account, privacy, or safety assistance, use the controls available in the app.
Privacy and account data
In LIENZ, open Profile > Settings > Privacy and account data to request a data export, correction, or permanent account deletion. Account deletion is confirmed by the server before the member is signed out.
Safety
Members can block or report from profiles and conversations. Nearby Chat uses foreground approximate location only while it is open; LIENZ does not provide exact-location sharing or background tracking.
Privacy policy
Read the LIENZ Privacy Policy, including face-data and liveness verification practices.
